Fitness_Recipes_Quick_Breakfast

                 Keeping fit can be challenging for your body.So take a time out every once in a while and give your taste buds a challenge instead,with some of these fitness favorites. 

Quick Breakfast: 
1/2 cup cottage cheese. 
1/2 cup uncooked dry oatmeal. 
1 packet of Splenda®(or more to taste). 
Optional:cinnamon,fruit,nuts,raisins,etc. 

                 Mix all ingredients together by hand,adding oatmeal last.Enjoy!
