Fitness_Recipes_Protein_Shake

Protein Shakes: 
1 liter of milk.
12 tablespoons of milk powder. 
6 egg whites(fresh) or eggbeaters. 
1 teaspoon of brewer's yeast. 
some hot chocolate to taste. 
optional banana or ice cream scoop. 

Shake and enjoy!
